We were born in 2016. Back then, people knew us as Shraddha Saburi Enterprises, a company found by Mr. Rohan Pale in the Bhayander east area. That was the period when we just dealt in offering services for the realty and events industry. But that was the precise time when the seed of an online real estate was sowed in Mr. Pale’s mind.
Fast forward to 2021, and he has made his dream see the reality with the help of Mr. Ashok Patel, the co-founder. Now, Shraddha Saburi Enterprises has a new face and name DWARKA REALTY.
So what are we doing now? After spending 5 years in sales, operations, and marketing in the real estate industry, Rohan sensed midway the need to revolutionise the way the real estate industry works. And that’s how an online platform came to rise that offers A to Z solutions for buying a property. Now, we know it as Dwaraka Realty.
What are we looking forward to? We are looking to create a platform that helps the customer get the best advice in buying real estate properties.

Meet our Team Members
Rohan Pale is the brain (and a co-founder) of the Dwaraka Realty. With 5 years of real estate experience in sales, operations, and marketing, he takes care of all the meaty stuff of sales and conversions at Dwaraka Realty.
Ashok Patel is the heart (and another co-founder) of Dwaraka Realty. He has 15 years of experience in Accounts, Finance and Administration; and therefore, there isn’t a single deal completed without catching Mr. Patel’s attention.
